     Charlotte Louisa Salls was born on 20 January 1830 at Noyan, Missisquoi Co, Quebec.1 She was the daughter of Hix Salls and Hannah Moore. Charlotte Louisa Salls was baptized on 4 July 1830 at Caldwell's Manor & Christie's Manor Anglican Church, Noyan, Missisquoi Co, Quebec.1 She married George Bissell, son of Randall Mumford Bissell and Elizabeth Derick, on 24 September 1851 at Clarenceville, Missisquoi Co, Quebec; Clarenceville Methodist Church. Charlotte Louisa Salls died on 19 November 1898 at Fitch Bay, Stanstead Co, Quebec, at age 68. She was buried at Marlington Cemetery, Stanstead Co, Quebec.
