     Daniel Derick was born on 22 February 1825 at Noyan, Missisquoi Co, Quebec. He was the son of Philip Derick Jr and Barbara Young. Daniel Derick was baptized on 30 October 1828 at Noyan, Missisquoi Co, Quebec; Caldwell's Manor & Christie's Manor Anglican Church. He married Martha Terry on 5 October 1847 at Clarenceville, Missisquoi Co, Quebec; Witnesses were Henry Derick, his brother, and Mary Tary, her sister.1 Daniel Derick married Harriet Emerick on 25 June 1889 at Clarenceville, Missisquoi Co, Quebec.2 Daniel Derick died after 1901 at Quebec.
