Jerusha Filer was born circa 1801; Jerusha was a minor when she married.1 She was the daughter of Ephraim Filer and Elizabeth Tryon. Jerusha Filer married George Hall on 23 January 1816 at Dunham Anglican Church, Dunham, Missisquoi Co, Quebec.1
