William Tryon was born circa 1854 at New York; Most census records list him as born Massachusetts. He was the son of James William Tryon and Eliza Deveno. William Tryon married Florence Agnes Winchell on 27 January 1875 at Macoupin Co, Illinois.1,2
William Tryon lived in 1889 at 77 Liberty, Lowell, Middlesex Co, Massachusetts.3 He lived in 1890 at 77 Liberty, Lowell, Middlesex Co, Massachusetts.4 He and Florence Agnes Winchell appeared on the census of 15 June 1900 at Grafton, Grafton Co, New Hampshire; Wiliam E. Tryon, 47, Florence A., 42, Raymond H., 19, and Lora B.L., 21, both children born Missouri.5 William Tryon appeared on the census of 1910 at Hillsborough, Hillsborough Co, New Hampshire; William Tryon, 56, Agnes F., 52, been married 35 years, five children, three living, both b. MA; William J., 7 grand son, and Frank Varney, 38, widowed, hired man.2 This writer is not sure that this William is the William b. c1854, s/o James and Eliza. His brother Wallace's obit in 1915 does not mention him, nor does Eliza Tryon's in 1913.6 He and Florence Agnes Winchell appeared on the census of 1930 at Hillsborough, Hillsborough Co, New Hampshire; William E. Tryon, 76, Agnes F., 71. He had married at 21 yrs, she at 17.7

MA; William J., 7 grand son, and Frank Varney, 38, widowed, hired man.2 This writer is not sure that this William is the William b. c1854, s/o James and Eliza.
