Phillip Bissell

Phillip Bissell was born on 19 November 1808. He married Marilla Vaughan, daughter of Josephus Vaughan and Elizabeth Hawley, on 8 November 1835 at Alburgh, Grand Isle Co, Vermont; Alburgh Vital Records. Phillip Bissell died on 14 February 1881 at age 72.
