Catherine Billings was born circa 1785. She was the daughter of Chileab Billings and Martha Alvord. Catherine Billings married William Salls, son of Abraham Salls and Thankful (?), on 7 April 1807 at Alburgh, Grand Isle Co, Vermont.¹ Catherine Billings died on 21 April 1859 at Noyan, Missisquoi Co, Quebec.² She was buried on 23 April 1859.²
