Elizabeth Danford was born in 1783 at New York; We know that her parents were Samuel and Mary Danford, since they are mentioned at the late baptism of Mary Danford, wife of John Partlow. Mary was Elizabeth's sister and George Salls witnessed Mary Partlow's burial in 1843.1 She was the daughter of Samuel Danford and Mary (?). Elizabeth Danford married George Field Salls, son of Jacob Salls and Margaret Taylor. Elizabeth Danford died on 21 June 1857 at Noyan, Missisquoi Co, Quebec; Noyan Anglican Church. She was buried on 22 June 1857 at St George's Anglican Cemetery, Clarenceville, Missisquoi Co, Quebec.2
