     Truman Towner was born circa 1758 at New Fairfield, Fairfield Co, Connecticut.1 He was the son of Zacheus Towner and Sarah Vaughan. Truman Towner married Sarah Upson.2 Truman Towner died in 1830 at Willsboro, Essex Co, New York.1
