     Homer Towner was born circa 1768 at New Fairfield, Fairfield Co, Connecticut.1 He was the son of Zacheus Towner and Sarah Vaughan. Homer Towner died on 19 August 1823 at North Bend, Hamilton Co, Ohio.1 He was buried at North Bend, Hamilton Co, Ohio.1
