     Hazel M. Filkins was born on 6 April 1906.2 She was the daughter of Myron A. Filkins and Cora A. Fonda.1 Hazel M. Filkins married George E. Covey, son of Rolin L Covey and Anne M. Reid.2 Hazel M. Filkins died on 6 July 1990 at age 84.2 She was buried at Perth, Fulton Co, New York.3
