     Frances Bulles was born on 19 August 1882 at Potsdam, St Lawrence Co, New York.1 She was the daughter of George Bulles and Emeline Labine.1 Frances Bulles married Thomas H. Covey, son of Samuel Covey and Elizabeth Jane Coates, on 1 July 1902 at Potsdam, St Lawrence Co, New York.2,3 Frances Bulles died on 24 January 1933 at Market Street, Potsdam, St Lawrence Co, New York, at age 50; Frances died at her home following a short illness with pneumonia.1 She was buried on 26 January 1933 at Bayside Cemetery, Potsdam, St Lawrence Co, New York.1
