Emile Euzebe Covey was born on 1 January 1893 at Methuen, Essex Co, Massachusetts.2,3 He was the son of John William Covey and Delia Beland. Emile Euzebe Covey married Deborah (?) circa 1916.4 Emile Euzebe Covey died in December 1964 at Haverhill, Essex Co, Massachusetts, at age 71.2
On 5 June 1917, Emile Euzebe Covey registered for the draft. He was married with one child, and an insurance agent with Prudential Insurance in Lawrence. He said he was short, of medium build with dark hair and gray eyes. The family then resided at 10 Kempton Street, Lawrence, and stated he was b. Methuen.1 He appeared on the census of 12 January 1920 at Haverhill, Essex Co, Massachusetts; Emile Covey, 27, born Methuen; wife Deborah 23 b. Mass, sons Francis, 3 and James, 1. Emile's parents were said to have been both born in Vermont, and Deborah's in England.4
