Sarah Filer was born on 15 April 1807 at Missisquoi Co, Quebec.1 She was the daughter of Ephraim Filer and Elizabeth Tryon. Sarah Filer was baptized on 8 March 1814 at Caldwell's Manor, (now Missisquoi Co), Quebec.1
