Elizabeth A. Hanks was born in May 1836 at Vermont.1 She was the daughter of Philander Hanks and Martha Ferris. Elizabeth A. Hanks married Reuben M. Scott, son of Thomas Scott Jr and Mary Bullis, in 1861 at Vermont.2 Elizabeth A. Hanks died on 14 October 1916 at Winnebago Co, Wisconsin, at age 80.
