     James Edward Bullock was born on 18 August 1834 at St Albans, Franklin Co, Vermont.1 He was the son of John Bullock and Harriet Dent. James Edward Bullock married Sarah Jane Adams on 10 March 1858.1 James Edward Bullock married Alice Drew on 20 October 1897.1
