     Eber Spoor was born on 21 May 1849 at Henryville, Iberville Co, Quebec.1 He was the son of George Oscar Spoor and Almeda Scott. Eber Spoor was baptized on 7 August 1849 at Clarenceville, Missisquoi Co, Quebec.1 He was born circa 1852 at Canada.2 He married Julia Gebo circa 1877. Eber Spoor died on 12 March 1916 at Mooers Forks, Clinton Co, New York, at age 66; Eben Spoor was aged 69 years, and had been in failing health for some time, but pneumonia was the direct cause. He left his wife, two sons and one daughter, Arthur of Springfield, VT; and William and Almeda of Mooers Forks.3 He was buried on 14 March 1916 at Union Cemetery, Mooers Forks, Clinton Co, New York.4,3
