Edith Matott

     Edith Matott was born on 20 October 1894 at Altona, Clinton Co, New York.¹ She was christened on 24 June 1894 at Ste Anne de Centreville, Mooers Forks, Clinton Co, New York.¹ She was the daughter of William James Matott and Matilda Tallman. Edith Matott married George H. Arnold circa 1913.² Edith Matott died on 3 September 1976 at Valley View Convalescent Hospital, Willimantic, Windham Co, Connecticut, at age 81.¹ She was buried on 5 September 1976 at New Willimantic Cemetery, Willimantic, Windham Co, Connecticut.¹
     She appeared on the census of 5 April 1930 at Windham, Windham Co, Connecticut; George Arnold, wife Edith and several children were living in Windham in 1930.
