     Frances Matott was born on 13 October 1896 at Altona, Clinton Co, New York.1 She was the daughter of William James Matott and Matilda Tallman. Frances Matott was christened on 8 November 1896 at Ste Anne de Centreville, Mooers Forks, Clinton Co, New York.1 She married Elmer J. Charron.1 Frances Matott died on 28 February 1998 at Center for Optimum Care, Griswold, New London Co, Connecticut, at age 101.1
