Nellie M. Hough

     Nellie M. Hough was born in September 1868 at Connecticut.^1,2 She married Brigham Scott, son of Robert Scott and Lany Miranda Young, before 1895.¹
     Nellie M. Hough appeared on the census of 27 April 1910 at Fitchburg, Worcester Co, Massachusetts; Nellie M. Scott, 43, widow was living with her daughter, Alma G, 15, b. MA. They were living in the house of Charles Scott and his wife Alice and daughter, Daisy. Her own mother, Mary A. Hough, aged 67, born CT, was also with Nellie.¹ She appeared on the census of 22 January 1920 at Fitchburg, Worcester Co, Massachusetts; Nellie M. Scott, head of household, 52, widow, living with Harry Chambers, 29, son-in-law, Alma G. 24, daughter, Genevieve, 2 11/12, Marion E. 1/12. Also there were Charles H. Scott, 56 and Alice E. his wife, 53, along with their daughter Daisy M, now 33 and her husband, Harry L. Jefts? , aged 37.³
