     Hugh Turkington was born on 27 April 1848 at Yonge, Ontario.2 He was the son of Solomon Turkington.2 Hugh Turkington married Isabella Covey, daughter of James Yearns Covey and Isabella Radcliffe, on 19 June 1877 at Mallorytown, Ontario.1 Hugh Turkington died on 15 February 1930 at Brockville, Leeds Co, Ontario, at age 81.2 He was buried at Brockville, Leeds Co, Ontario.2
