     Mary E. Salls was born on 9 November 1854 at Clarenceville, Missisquoi Co, Quebec.1,2 She was the daughter of Daniel Salls and Eliza Jane Sheller.1 Mary E. Salls married Palmer Sheldon on 24 July 1870 at Derby, Orleans Co, Vermont; Mary was only 15 yrs 8 mos and 15 days when she married; she was a resident of Stanstead.2 Mary E. Salls died on 28 June 1881 at Quebec at age 26; Mary was aged 26 yrs 7 mos 19 days.2 She was buried at Marlington Cemetery, Stanstead, Stanstead Co, Quebec.2
