George Arrowsmith

     George Arrowsmith was born circa 1856 at England. He was the son of Thomas Arrowsmith. George Arrowsmith married Amanda Elizabeth Daley, daughter of Joseph Daley and Mary Hepburn, on 28 March 1876 at Saint John, Saint John Co, New Brunswick. George Arrowsmith died on 25 March 1890 at Boston, Suffolk Co, Massachusetts; George died of a cerebral hemorrhage, aged 34.¹ He was buried on 27 March 1890 at Mount Hope Cemetery, Maple Grove Section, Grave 3137, Boston, Suffolk Co, Massachusetts.
     George Arrowsmith was a printer by occupation and in 1890 he resided at 33 Avon Place in Boston, Massachusetts.
After George's death, his two sons, Joseph and Sylvester Arrowsmith, were raised by their uncle Henry Daley and his wife Agnes in Saint John.²
