Frances Susannah Howard was born circa 1801.¹ She was the daughter of Edward Howard and Frances Smith. Frances Susannah Howard married George Thompson on 25 February 1818 at Shediac, Westmoreland Co, New Brunswick; Acadian Recorder, 14 May 1818. Frances Susannah Howard died on 17 September 1834 at Cocaigne, Kent Co, New Brunswick; " age 33, Fanny Susan Thomson, wife George Thomson, and only child of the late Capt. Edward Howard, formerly of Saint John. Left husband, 8 children.¹
