Andrew Stanley was born circa 1808 at Mt. Desert, Hancock Co, Maine.1,2 He was the son of Job Stanley and Isabella Dyer. Andrew Stanley married Levina Cronk, daughter of Frederick Cronk and Margaret Stork, on 14 November 1837 at Saint John, Saint John Co, New Brunswick. Andrew Stanley died on 28 March 1889 at Grand Manan, Charlotte Co, New Brunswick; He was aged 82 years, a fisherman, and belonged to the Free Baptist Church. He died from apoplexy.3
