Joseph H. Baguley

     Joseph H. Baguley was born on 5 September 1839 at Nottingham, England; Info from Cemetery records at Swan Point, Providence, RI. He married Margaret Ann Beynon, daughter of Joseph Williams Beynon and Mary Matthews, on 1 May 1862 at Providence, Providence Co, Rhode Island.¹ Joseph H. Baguley married Susan M. Glover on 8 August 1867 at Boston, Suffolk Co, Massachusetts; Joseph was a plumber, aged 39, and Susan was 45. This writer has no idea how Joseph marred Susan in Aug 1867 when Mary was not born until October. The records do appear to be correct, and Mary's birth lists Joseph Baguley and Margaret Ryenon as her parents.² Joseph H. Baguley died on 7 September 1891 at Dorchester, Suffolk Co, Massachusetts, at age 52. He was buried on 10 September 1891 at Swan Point Cemetery, Providence, Providence Co, Rhode Island.
     He appeared on the census of 11 June 1880 at Boston, Suffolk Co, Massachusetts; Joseph H. Baguley, 42, Susan M., 46, Dora B., 17, Joseph J., 14 and Mary B., 11.³
