Winnifred Ella Lane

     Winnifred Ella Lane was born on 25 November 1879 at Saint John, Saint John Co, New Brunswick.¹ She was the daughter of Walter Lane and Isabella Daley. Winnifred Ella Lane married George Burton Latimer on 13 May 1904 at Saint John, Saint John Co, New Brunswick.² Winnifred Ella Lane died on 4 February 1974 at Saint John General Hospital, Saint John, Saint John Co, New Brunswick, at age 94; "Born in Saint John, a daughter of the late Walter and Isabella (Daley) lane, she had been a resident of Saint John all her life. She had been a former member of Germain Street Baptist Church. Mrs. Latimer is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Merville Dykeman (Marjorie) and Mrs. David Semple (Betty) both of Saint John and Mrs. Frank D. Cunningham (Winnifred) of Hudson, Quebec..."
