     Alvira Scott was born on 15 March 1840 at Noyan, Missisquoi Co, Quebec.1 She has also be reported to have been born 15 March 1839.2 She was the daughter of William Scott and Prudence Covey. Alvira Scott was baptized on 2 September 1854 at Noyan, Missisquoi Co, Quebec.1 She died on 6 October 1881 at Clarenceville, Missisquoi Co, Quebec, at age 41; The cemetery stone indicates she died on the 22nd of October, but the church record states the 6th of October, and buried on the 9th. She was aged 41 years.3,4 She was buried on 9 October 1881 at Union Cemetery, Clarenceville, Missisquoi Co, Quebec.5,4
