     Ruth Howard was born on 1 February 1756 at New York.1 She was the daughter of Edward Howard Jr and Phoebe Hart. Ruth Howard married Reuben Macy, son of Abraham Macy and Anna Worth, on 21 September 1774 at Oblong Friend's Meeting House, Pawling, Dutchess Co, New York.2 Ruth Howard died on 11 November 1844 at age 88.3
