     Cecilia E. Scott was born on 23 January 1852 at Noyan, Missisquoi Co, Quebec.1 She was the daughter of Samuel Scott and Sarah Matilda Hazen. Cecilia E. Scott was baptized on 2 September 1854 at Clarenceville, Missisquoi Co, Quebec.2 She married Edward F. Combs on 22 January 1871.3 Cecilia E. Scott died after 1909.
