     Richard Hart was born on 9 July 1737 at Little Compton, Newport Co, Rhode Island.1 He was the son of Richard Hart and Mary Tabor. Richard Hart died on 25 April 1812 at Saratoga, Sarotoga Co, New York, at age 74.1
