Thomas Manchester was born circa 1704 at Newport Co, Rhode Island. He was the son of William Manchester and Mary Cook. Thomas Manchester married Sarah Earle, daughter of William Earle and Hepsibah Butts, on 28 July 1720 at Tiverton, Newport Co, Rhode Island. Thomas Manchester married Elizabeth Jennings in August 1729. Thomas Manchester died in December 1788.
