     William Scott was born on 22 January 1884 at North Burke, Franklin Co, New York.1,2,3 He was the son of Myron G. Scott and Mary Ann Vincent. William Scott married Annie Bell Calderwood, daughter of Orrin Calderwood and Carrie Sanborn, on 28 April 1913 at Glover, Orleans Co, Vermont.4 William Scott died on 24 October 1958 at 50 Maple Street, Orleans, Orleans Co, Vermont, at age 74; He died at his home after several years of mitral stenosis.1,5 He was buried on 27 October 1958 at Irasburg Cemetery, Irasburg, Orleans Co, Vermont.1
