Francis Smith Salter

     Francis Smith Salter was born circa 1783 at Newport, Hants Co, Nova Scotia.1 A bond for the marriage of Francis Smith Salter and an unknown person was signed on 19 June 1813 at Cumberland Co, Nova Scotia.2 He married Mary Roselle Kerr, daughter of James Kerr and Elizabeth Brown, after 19 June 1813 at Cumberland Co, Nova Scotia.2 Francis Smith Salter died on 4 June 1866 at Diligent River, Cumberland Co, Nova Scotia.1
