Ann Elizabeth Kerr was born circa 1825. She was the daughter of Joseph Norman Bond Kerr and Charlotte Baker. Ann Elizabeth Kerr married William B. Oxley on 8 November 1849 at Woody-bank Cottage, Wallace, Cumberland Co, Nova Scotia; They were married by Rev. R. Avery in a double ceremony with her sister Mary and Amos Chandler.1 Ann Elizabeth Kerr died in 1893.
