Ann Jane Seabury

     Ann Jane Seabury was born circa 1824. She married Jared Hepburn, son of Alexander Hepburn and Mabel Belding, on 20 February 1851; by Rev. A. Stewart.¹ Ann Jane Seabury died on 24 January 1862 at Saint John, Saint John Co, New Brunswick. She was buried on 26 January 1862 at Church of England Cemetery, Saint John, Saint John Co, New Brunswick; The new Brunswick Courier, dated 25 January 1862 lists: "died Friday morning, 24th instant, Ann Jane, wife of Jared Hepburn, age 38, left husband, five children. Funeral Sunday 4 o'clock from her residence at 10 Carmarthen Street.
At this time, the writer has no idea who the other three children were.
