     Margaret Stanley was born on 13 January 1846 at Grand Manan, Charlotte Co, New Brunswick.1 She was the daughter of Andrew Stanley and Levina Cronk. Margaret Stanley was baptized on 21 September 1846; St Andrew's Church. She married James Scovil on 19 September 1864 at Grand Manan, Charlotte Co, New Brunswick.2 Margaret Stanley died on 16 May 1878 at Grand Manan, Charlotte Co, New Brunswick, at age 32.3 She was buried at North Head Community Cemetery, Grand Manan, Charlotte Co, New Brunswick.3
