William James Johnston

     William James Johnston was born on 1 January 1891.1 He married Luella Audrey Cheyne, daughter of John Frederick Cheyne and Rebecca McLellan Wood, on 29 April 1929 at Bathurst, Gloucester Co, New Brunswick.2 William James Johnston died on 2 August 1976 at Hamilton, Ontario, at age 85.3 He was buried at Pinecrest Cemetery, Ottawa, Ottawa Co, Ontario.3
     Bill Johnston graduated from the University of New Brunswick at Fredericton. He became a civil engineer with the Federal Government.3
