Charlotte Elise Wait was born on 13 January 1869. She was the daughter of Enoch Briggs Wait and Angeline Lovica Keet. Charlotte Elise Wait was baptized on 4 February 1870 at Georgeville Methodist Church, Georgeville, Stanstead Co, Quebec. She married Charles Goodwill Hill, son of Andrew Hill, on 23 September 1908 at Worcester, Worcester Co, Massachusetts; Charles Hill was widowed and this was his 2nd marriage, Charlotte was 39 and her 1st marriage. It shows her birthplace as Magog, Canada. He was a spoolmaker and she was a buyer.1
