     Margaret Eliza Young was born on 13 July 1849 at Gould, Compton Co, Quebec. She was the daughter of John Young and Hannah Paulina Gorham Wait. Margaret Eliza Young was baptized on 2 September 1849 at Lingwick, Compton Co, Quebec; Lingwick Anglican Church. She married John Henry Cowan on 14 April 1869. Margaret Eliza Young married W.F. McDonald after 1885. Margaret Eliza Young died on 25 March 1912 at Nashua, Hillsborough Co, New Hampshire, at age 62. She was buried at Edgewood Cemetery, Nashua, Hillsborough Co, New Hampshire.
