Sarah Lewis was baptized on 11 February 1643 at Barnstable, Barnstable Co, Massachusetts; NEHGR, Vol 9 [1855]:282.1 She married James Cobb, son of Henry Cobb and Patience Hurst, on 26 December 1663 at Barnstable, Barnstable Co, Massachusetts.1,2 Sarah Lewis married Jonathan Sparrow, son of Richard Sparrow and Pandora ? (?), on 23 November 1698.1,2 Sarah Lewis died on 11 February 1735 at Barnstable, Barnstable Co, Massachusetts, at age 92. She was buried at Barnstable, Barnstable Co, Massachusetts.
