James Cobb was born on 8 July 1673 at Barnstable, Barnstable Co, Massachusetts. He was the son of James Cobb and Sarah Lewis. James Cobb married Elizabeth Hallett on 18 September 1695. James Cobb died on 3 January 1757 at age 83.
