Richard Taylor married Ruth Wheldon, daughter of Gabriel Wheldon and Jane (?), after 27 October 1646.¹ Richard Taylor died on 1 August 1703. His estate was probated on 6 October 1703 at Massachusetts.¹
There has been confusion on which Richard Taylor married which Wheldon daughter. This Richard Taylor was a husbandman "of the Rock."¹ He left a will on 28 October 1699.¹
