     John Lewis was born on 2 March 1637/38 at Scituate, Plymouth Co, Massachusetts.1 He was the son of George Lewis and Mary Doggett. John Lewis was baptized on 11 March 1638 at Scituate, Plymouth Co, Massachusetts.1 He died on 26 March 1676, killed by the Indians.1
