Marietta Thurber married John Calvin Stanley, son of Andrew Stanley and Levina Cronk, on 24 October 1874 at Grand Manan, Charlotte Co, New Brunswick.² Marietta Thurber died on 30 April 1931 at Grand Manan, Charlotte Co, New Brunswick, at age 74.¹ She was buried at North Head, Grand Manan, Charlotte Co, New Brunswick.
