     Sarah Wait was born on 13 May 1804 at Christie's Manor, Missisquoi Co, Quebec.1 She was the daughter of Briggs Wait and Mary Sheer/Shier. Sarah Wait was baptized on 6 August 1815 at Caldwell's Manor, Missisquoi Co, Quebec.2 She married Jeremiah Mandigo, son of Judah Mandigo and Sarah Elizabeth Larkin, on 31 December 1820 at Clarenceville, Missisquoi Co, Quebec.2 Sarah Wait married Jacob Wheeler, son of Joseph Wheeler and Hannah Brown, on 9 April 1859 at Alburgh, Grand Isle Co, Vermont.3 Sarah Wait died on 29 June 1884 at Fitch Bay, Stanstead Co, Quebec, at age 80; Notice appeared in the newspaper 11 July 1884. She was buried at Crystal Lake Cemetery, Stanstead, Stanstead Co, Quebec.4
