     Rachel Floyd was born circa 1877. She was the daughter of William Ruddick Floyd and Hannah Kerr Howard. Rachel Floyd died on 9 January 1878 at Saint John Co, New Brunswick; Rachel died "of whooping cough and measles". The grave inscription recorded at PANB indicates she was 7 years old. I think this was a misread and it should be one year. Her sister, Rachel, had died in 1876, so it is likely she was born 1877.1 She was buried at Brown's Cemetery, Bain's Corner, Saint John Co, New Brunswick.1
