     Julia Charlotte Kerr was born on 2 October 1847.1 She was the daughter of Ebenezer Kerr and Carolyn Lavinia Gesner. Julia Charlotte Kerr married Ephraim Seaman, son of Amos Thomas Seaman and Jane Chandler, on 19 June 1876 at Port Greville, Cumberland Co, Nova Scotia; Ephraim was aged 36, Lottie was 25.1,2 Julia Charlotte Kerr died on 25 March 1926 at Minudie, Cumberland Co, Nova Scotia, at age 78.3
     Nova Scotia Marriage Bonds list her as Lottie Kerr, aged 25, single, and of Port Greville, while he was a resident of Minudie.
