     Olivia Wood was born circa 1830 at Simonds Parish, Saint John Co, New Brunswick.1 She was the daughter of William D. Wood and Olivia Hovey Williams. Olivia Wood married Archibald Hunter on 9 October 1856 at Saint John, Saint John Co, New Brunswick.2 Olivia Wood married John Jackson on 25 May 1880 at Saint John, Saint John Co, New Brunswick; Saint John Marriage Register, Book J 1880-1887; p. 13, #108. They were married by Rev. Parsons. Olivia Wood died on 29 May 1896 at Saint John, Saint John Co, New Brunswick.3 She was buried at Church of England Cemetery, Saint John, Saint John Co, New Brunswick.
     She appeared on the census of 1881 at Saint John, Saint John Co, New Brunswick; Olivia was listed as a F.C. Baptist. She and John Jackson appeared on the census of 1891 at Wellington Ward, Saint John, Saint John County, New Brunswick; John Jackson, 55, Olivia, 60, Kate, 20 and Daniel, 17. John was a Methodist, while the rest of the family was Baptist. John was born England, Olivia and children in New Brunswick.4
