Julia C. Longeway was born on 16 August 1843. She was the daughter of John Longeway and Phoebe Almira Wait. Julia C. Longeway was baptized on 22 October 1843 at St Armand, Missisquoi Co, Quebec.¹ She married Charles H. Griggs on 10 October 1866 at Sutton, Brome Co, Quebec; Sutton Methodist Church. Julia C. Longeway died on 19 August 1904 at age 61.² She was buried at Fairmount Cemetery, Sutton, Brome Co, Quebec.³
