Thomas Hatch was born in September 1557 at Devonshire, England. He was the son of Lewis Hatch and Elizabeth Fortescue. Thomas Hatch married Cecilia Chichester, daughter of (Sir) John Chichester and Gertrude Courtenay, on 2 February 1574. Thomas Hatch died on 27 February 1584 at age 26.
